- TikTok: user ID, display name, profile picture, email, analytics
- YouTube/Google: channel ID, channel and video metadata, channel analytics (views, watch time, traffic sources, demographics) and monetary metrics (estimated ad revenue, RPM, CPM) accessed via YouTube API Services
- Discord: user ID, username, avatar, email
- Google/Apple: basic profile information
- Stripe: payment confirmation, transaction status

We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve platform services

3Phone Number & SMS Data
We use your phone number for:
- Verification codes and security alerts
- Account and platform notifications
- Marketing messages with separate consent
- Agency communications
Our service provider Twilio handles message delivery. We do NOT sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4YouTube API Services
Features that connect to a creator's YouTube channel are built using YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
What We Access
- Channel and video metadata: channel ID, title, description, thumbnails, video list
- Channel analytics: views, watch time, subscriber count, traffic sources, audience demographics, geographic distribution
- Monetary analytics: estimated ad revenue, RPM, CPM, and ad-impression metrics for your channel
- OAuth tokens needed to call the YouTube API on your behalf
How We Use It
YouTube data is used solely to display channel and analytics information on your creator dashboard. We do not use YouTube user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
Storage & Refresh
Stored YouTube data is refreshed at least every 30 days while your account is connected, and deleted within 30 days of disconnection or account deletion, in accordance with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
How to Disconnect or Revoke Access
You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time from your Connected Accounts settings, which revokes our OAuth token at Google. You can also revoke goTether's access directly through Google Security Permissions.
5AI & Analytics
We use AI and analytics tools for:
- Feature enhancement and user experience improvements
- Content moderation and policy violation detection
- Usage pattern analysis
Important: We do NOT use AI to rank, prioritize, or otherwise make automated decisions that significantly affect creators or their content visibility.
7Data Retention
We retain your information according to the following guidelines:
- Account data: retained during active use plus reasonable period after deletion
- Transaction records: 7 years for tax/legal compliance
- Usage logs: generally 90 days
- Marketing preferences: until opt-out
- YouTube API data: refreshed at least every 30 days while connected; deleted within 30 days of disconnection or account deletion (per YouTube API Services Developer Policies)
When you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.
8Data Security
We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Secure authentication and access controls
- Regular security assessments
- Employee data protection training
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and authorities as required by law.
Payment cards are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details on our servers.

Clarification: We do not "sell" personal information as defined by the CCPA. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
